TOWNHOUSE was founded by Georgina Baker to provide a service that rivals all others. Having been in the industry for many years, Georgina believed that her frustrations stemmed from no-one really understanding a client truly, understanding a clients household and staffing needs, their expectations and how a result should be delivered. Georgina believed that her perfectionist attitude was a fault and a unreasonable expectation but has since channelled that to provide a service to clients with exceeding standards. Trained by Greycoats Academy and working on the ground within Private Homes, she has amassed a wealth of experience helping individuals and families get it right and provide seamless structure to their everyday lives.
It is often the mundane or trivial demands of every day lives that are the most time consuming for our clients. TOWNHOUSE takes that responsibility, manages it, evolves it, and completes each task and requirement seamlessly so that our clients may continue in the knowledge that it is “in hand”. Nothing is left unsupervised. Our staff and candidates go through rigorous background checking and referencing. Each are recruited to join the TOWNHOUSE team with complete understanding of our values and beliefs.
