TOWNHOUSE believe that their is someone out there for each home. We recruit 7* individuals with a knowledge and complete understanding of what is expected within a high value home. We look for certain values within staff during the recruitment process, these include; discretion, initiative, strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Staff understand that it is as much about their skill set as well as their attitude and we look for those that appreciate operating a “nothing is too much trouble” approach to their position within your household.
We offer a thorough, discreet and above all professional service to individuals and families and specialise in character-matching and taking the time to understand our candidates and clients. We get the recruitment process right.
We fully appreciate that each client and household is unique. In order for us to understand your requirements within your household we ask for a telephone call or an introductory consultation with the client, preferably at the client’s home. We look to have a presentation of profiles including a curriculum vitae, photograph, references and a skills and experience review sent to a client within an efficient agreed time frame relevant to your search criteria.
A significant amount of time and expertise is required to correctly manage a household team, especially across several homes. TOWNHOUSE expects to place staff who understand exceptionally high standards. Continuing professional development is vital to ensure that we meet these expectations. We offer a range of staff training, development and maintaining courses, designed to ensure existing skills remain en pointe, while also introducing new ideas and procedures into your household.
TOWNHOUSE cover all areas of private and domestic service. We source, place and develop 7* individuals while managing their ongoing training. We can implement training within a household to amplify an individual or a teams skill set, provide an inspiring but lasting insight on how to do it ‘the right way’. We believe that staff should be able to turn their hand to almost anything within a home. Without inefficiently crossing borders, staff should come together as a team and the service provided in your home should never falter. That is why we train and place staff who understand a home as a whole.
We fully appreciate that each client and household is unique. In order for us to understand how the residence operates, the team dynamic and any problems therein, we begin with an introductory consultation with the client, preferably at the client’s home. We will then follow up by shadowing each individual staff member throughout a typical work day to experience the day to day working of the household.
